These Terms govern the access to and use of the website and online store, as well as the purchase of clothing and accessory products sold by BUIZZA ABBIGLIAMENTO S.R.L. to consumers in Italy and the European Union.
By using the website or placing an order, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

4. Prices, Taxes and Fees
Product prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are understood to be VAT included, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs and any additional costs (e.g., local duties or taxes, if applicable) are indicated separately and clearly before order confirmation and are included in the "order total" that will be charged to you.
Prices may be subject to change; the applicable price is that indicated in the order summary at the time of submission.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods indicated on the “Payments” page and at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, digital wallets, other electronic payment systems).
Information on payment methods and any additional costs is provided clearly before placing the order.
Online payments are managed through secure platforms (e.g., Shopify Payments); card data is not stored on our systems.
The amount due is charged at the time of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods.
6. Shipping, Delivery and Transfer of Risk
The shipping methods, estimated times and costs are described on the “Shipping” page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
We deliver to Italy and EU countries indicated on the website, using selected express couriers. Delivery times are indicative and not binding, without prejudice to compliance with the maximum terms provided for by distance contract regulations.
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him other than the courier, physically takes possession of the goods.
7. Consumer's Right of Withdrawal
7.1 14-Day Period
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to give reasons and without penalty, within 14 days:
○ from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the courier) acquires physical possession of the product;
○ in the case of multiple orders with separate deliveries, from the date on which you acquire physical possession of the last product.
7.2 Exercise Modalities
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can use the standard withdrawal form found on the “Returns and Refunds” page or any other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g., email), to be sent to the contact details provided.
The operating procedures, return addresses and effects of withdrawal are described in detail on the “Returns and Refunds” page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
If you purchase as a consumer, products sold by Buizza are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
○ The legal guarantee has a minimum duration of 2 years from product delivery.
○ In case of a lack of conformity (defective product, not conforming to the description, unsuitable for habitual use or different from what was agreed), you have the right, without charge, to the restoration of conformity by repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or contract termination in the cases provided for by law.
○ The legal guarantee is non-waivable and applies regardless of any commercial guarantee that may be offered by the manufacturer or by Buizza.
Any commercial durability guarantees or warranty extensions will be indicated, if present, on the product page, specifying their duration, conditions and relationship with the legal guarantee.
9. Limitation of Liability
The mandatory rights of the consumer provided for by the Consumer Code remain unaffected. In no case does Buizza exclude or limit its liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
For the rest, the limitations already provided for in the previous version of the Terms apply, insofar as they are compatible with the mandatory provisions for consumer protection.
10. Consumer's Competent Court
For any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the court of the place where the consumer has their residence or elective domicile, if located in Italian territory or in another Member State of the European Union, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
Any different agreement on jurisdiction is ineffective against the consumer, unless otherwise expressly chosen after the dispute arises.
