Shipping within Italy 

○        Selected express courier (e.g., DHL/BRT).

○        Shipping costs: € 13 for orders under € 300. 

○        Free shipping for orders of € 300 or more.

Shipping within the European Union 

○        We ship to the EU countries indicated in the checkout menu. 

○        Estimated delivery times: typically 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated during the order process. 

○        Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are calculated automatically and displayed before order confirmation.

Order processing 

○        Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). 

○        Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Inspection of goods and non-conformity
