1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason and without penalty, within 14 days:  

○        from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the courier) takes physical possession of the product; 

○        in the case of multiple orders with separate deliveries, from the date on which you take physical possession of the last product.

The right of withdrawal applies only to customers acting as consumers. 

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, you can: 

○        fill in and send the standard withdrawal form found on this page: https://www.buizza.com/pages/eu-modulo-recesso; or 

○        send any other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw (for example, an email indicating the order number, the products you intend to withdraw, and your details).

You will receive confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., email).

3. Return of products

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw to us.  

Products must be returned to:

Product conditions:

○        in the same condition in which you received them; 

○        not worn, unused, unwashed; 

○        complete with all parts, labels, tags, and original packaging; 

○        accompanied by a receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase.

Unless otherwise indicated on the website, the direct costs of return are your responsibility.

4. Refund

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you made in relation to the product for which you exercised the right of withdrawal, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned products, in the conditions described in the previous point.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such a refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products in the conditions described in the previous point.  

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by the Consumer Code, including, by way of example: custom-made or clearly personalised goods; 

○        goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; 

○        sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery; 

○        goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items.

If a product falls into one of the exclusion hypotheses, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the purchase process. [19] [22] [27] 

6. Defective or non-conforming products – Legal guarantee

This return procedure for withdrawal does not affect your rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity. 

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, please contact us as soon as possible: you can request, at no cost, the repair or replacement of the product, or a price reduction or termination of the contract, in the cases and within the limits provided for by the Consumer Code.
